See your website before the world does. We can provide a special draft site which allows you to review the updates before they are uploaded live on the web. This is especially helpful if you expect to do major renovations.
Rates
Hourly
Most of our work is performed at the hourly rate of $30/ hour. Website maintenance logs are provided with each invoice to provide you with a clear picture of how your money is working for you. We also offer other service options such as an annual subscription and a Premium Package plan.
Annual Subscription
If you have regular updates that need constant attention, then the hourly rate may not be the best option. In order to be the most receptive to our clients needs, we also offer an Annual subscription at the rate of $900 per year. A payment plan of $75 monthly installments is also available.

Some of our clients may want more, and we are there to deliver. One way we do this is by offering our Premium Package plan. Premium Package plan is the gold standard of Community Web Design. It includes a full graphics driven website plus annual subscription for a complete no worry web contract. Contact us for more details.

The Fine Print
Hourly invoices are billed for a minimum of one full hour.
All websites maintained by Community Web Design shall be indicated as such. Typically this will be indicated in or near the footer of the homepage. It shall be done in such a way which does not interfere with the readability, graphical integrity, textual balance, or ease of use of the website.
When provided with reasonable notification, all work shall be completed by Community Web Design within a reasonable amount of time. If a client fails to provide information required for the completion of a job within a reasonable amount of time, that job may be invoiced prematurely at the discression of Community Web Design.
Community Web Design reserves the right to suspend work due to non-payment or the reasonable suspicion of non-payment.
Community Web Design reserves the right to decline work that is knowingly illegal.
Community Web Design reserves the right to change its rates, fees, or due dates without notice. If changes are enacted while a job is still open, it is our discretion whether or not the changes shall apply, in whole or in part.
Whichever is greater, $5.00, or 3% of an invoice's value, will be levied when that invoice is not paid in full before it becomes due. All late fees are due on the date they are issued. Late fees do not compound, i.e. the lateness of a late fee will never incur another late fee.
All payments to Community Web Design shall be in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified by Community Web Design.
Community Web Design may allow up to a 72 hour grace period for tardy payments. The grace period will be limited at the discretion of Community Web Design.
